Whether you're curious about how yoga therapy integrates with clinical care, or you're ready to begin working together, booking a session is simple.
STEP 1:
Choose your session type – initial consultation, follow-up, or therapeutic yoga session. Initial assessments are an hour in length. Follow up sessions are booked as a 30 minute, 60 minute or 75 minute session depending on your needs/wants.
STEP 2:
Select a time that works for you – in-person or virtual options available.
STEP 3:
Complete a brief intake form so we can tailor the session to your needs.

How to Book
You can book your session below and select an available time in the calendar. Once your appointment is confirmed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with details and next steps.
Deposit Required
A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your session. The remaining balance is due at the time of your appointment. This policy helps ensure availability and respects the time commitment for both of us.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance without penalty. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in the deposit being forfeited.
